The towing loop set is used for safe retrieval of the vehicle on race tracks, e.g., to pull the vehicle out of a gravel bed.For this purpose, the hook must be screwed into the threads provided for this in the front or rear bumper. For example, this can be achieved with a screwdriver inserted through the hook eye. The loop can be aligned horizontally using the spacers provided: Before installation, one or more of the washers are screwed onto the threads of the hook as needed.Note: The towing loop must not be attached on public roads while driving. Likewise, use for towing the vehicle on public roads is not permitted. The recovery process must be carried out by trained personnel. If possible, make sure that the tension is applied vertically to the hook – and never horizontally. Sudden loads must also be avoided. The towing loop is not suitable for lashing the vehicle on a recovery vehicle or car transport trailer. Improper handling can cause injury or damage to the towing loop or the vehicle.
